How to get ready tea:

• Bring 1 gallon of water to a full boil, remove from heat and add all 16 tea bags.
• Let steep for 10 minutes. Drink hot, warm, or cold. After tea is brewed, it can be refrigerated up to 5 days.

2-Hour Quick Use:

• On the day you desire to have clean urine, drink all the tea (1 gallon) on an empty stomach continuously for 2 hours.
