All sales are final. Exchanges are done ONLY if we ship wrong or defective items.
All exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at email@example.com to obtain a RMA number.
We recommend you use a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail.
Please note that each order is checked twice before being shipped. We will be responsible for all the shipping charges if we ship the wrong or defective items.
